Yum yum in our tums!

Gosh its been a VERY busy week.
Lets see.
Tuesday
I had to go to Leeds to see some people at college. I hit H&M after for Emma summer wardrobe. Some cute outfits in there and hopefully they will not break the bank!
Emma is feeling a bit tired as we approach the end of the year. So we did not hit the gym as we would normally do on a Tuesday. I cannot remember what we did instead?!
Wednesday
I bombed up to Newcastle to see some trainees. I had factored in a detour to Graphicus. Got some lovely papers, stamps and some ink sprays. Hope to play with those soon.
Bombed back to pick Emma up as Steven had to work. I was late for school - bad mummy!
Took Emma swimming (we were late argh!) she got her 10 metre badge and is moving up in the autumn - may well be to big pool. Where is the time going!
I culd not be bothered to cook so we went to the pub for a carvery tea. Not a nice as normal as we went near Steven's work.
Thursday
Steven was off work instead of yesterday. We had arranged for Emma to have a play date over. Alex is a sweet kid - different to Emma but reasonably well behaved. Steven made me walk to school. I hate the hill coming back up. She just lives along the road but a little too far to just walk along for either of them. After we took her home I bombed down to the craft club in Halifax. we made a perpetual calendar. I will take a pic at some point - when it is finished! I hope to put on my desk when I get the craft room sorted!
Friday
I managed to do some of the exercise video on Friday am before the house work up. The yoga poses were quite interesting to the dog walkers at 6.30!
Emma was still feeling tired so we had an afternoon at home again. She really is flagging!
I went out with the mums from school on Friday night. The meal was fine but they gave me the wrong thing. More points ARGH! The pub owner was very rude to us. I had to sort the bill out. We had money left over but they refused to leave a tip and we are not going back there again so we held back £20 for drinks at Christmas! I felt sorry for the waitresses.
Saturday
Emma's dance class is changing as well. They are moving her to 11 am. real pain as like sitting with Mary and Caroline and having a chat. I hope their girls move up soon so we can keep it up. We went to the national trust place which is holding the Alice in Wonderland play next Sunday. I joined the national trust as I worked out that we would only need to visit 8 times in a year to make it worthwhile and we will be doing 3 visits this week alone! Hope to go for a picnic today there so will do some pics later. They have the BEST hand dryers ever! Small thing but fabulous! Must remember to take a pic of that! The loos were the best maintained I have come across!
We bobbed home for lunch then dived over to the craft shop in Leeds as they were doing make and takes and KIDS scrapbooking. Emma made a page ( will pic later today) of her at Disney. The lady was sweet and used the Cricut on it to do her name. I made a card. We called at Steven's shop after so Emma could get a balloon. We missed the Kirkstall festival. It looked good. We must do the Abbey soon.
On the way home I spotted the sign for the strawberry picking. I really love fresh strawberries with my porridge, as a pavlova and just to snack on. Emma loves them too. So we called in. It was VERY muddy with all the rain. they had some raspberries as well. A huge punnet of strawberries and some raspberries for £3.70. Bargain considering how much I pay in the shops! They were really yummy!
Today
I am off to swim in 10 mins. We are then hoping to do the garden today. Emma and I want to go to the NT house to look around. I also want to make the teacher presents today. have a great idea and hope will not take ages! Then I am going for a meal with Mary and Caroline followed by Mama Mia film. No quieter then! LOL!

Right that's me caught up I think on rushing around.

A few not so good points on WW this week. Some bad habits are creeping in again. Must stop them! Hope fully be good today and tomorrow will pull it back on line!

Will post picks of strawberry picking separately. Not sure why I cannot get hang of moving them! TTFN
