WI Monday! Another happy dance.....

Well Made it to the full meeting this week. I was expecting good things if the home scales are to be believed. I was not disappointed! 4 and a half pounds this week! That made up for a disappointing half last week. So where am I now.

Well I have lost 15lbs in total now. I started 5 weeks ago. I am averaging 2.5 lbs a week. I have increased my exercise and can swim a mile in 65 Min's now, I am making healthy choices at each meal, I have had one chocolate bar (normal type!), I have not had a takeaway, I have had breakfast every day, I have been having had at least 5 portions of fruit and veg a day, I have drunk at least 1.5 litres of water a day and am feeling hugely better than I did on the 31 May!

What are the benefits...

Mood is better, skin is better, clothes are starting to drop of, so much more energy, more time to me.

what not so good....

Food bill gone up, Steven is not buying in to doing this yet, not as much time with Emma, and cannot think of anything else at moment!

Targets for rest of July and I have 3 more weigh ins to do this month so lets be realistic!

To get another silver 7 at the meeting, to swim 3 times a week and do 2 miles a week, to vary my diet and have at least 1 new thing a week, to do exercise video 2 times a week, to go for a walk on other days.

Well Done Emma on the weight loss! and even more well done to the trying really hard to stick to it! It's so hard. I'm doing it WW too.
