Well after a traumatic evening yesterday - do not ask! I am feeling pretty pants today! I have a head cold and cannot resort to my usual comforts of chocolate!
The virgin guys came bright and early but it has taken to now to get on line! you know the old IT adage? switch it off and reboot. well I switched off the router and hey presto when it booted back up we are fine! the new box will take some getting used to but we will get there!
So Weight Loss this week. only a half of a pound! I hope that is a one off. But hey I am 10.5 lbs lighter than one month ago and loads fitter! Long road ahead but small steps hey?! Took Emma to hopamania on Tuesday and managed 32 lenghts. hope to do the same on Friday when she does dance if its on.
Loads of work to do now I am back on line. And gotta do today's points. been very low on F&V today but hey I make up for it other days!
Will post about stamping up and governs another day. all change for me all this energy and things going on. Just need the support from those around me to so it I suppose.
